Tina spent 12 years in senior leadership roles at TBC Bank PLC, the largest financial institution in Georgia.

In 2022, after successfully attracting foreign investment from Canada, Germany, and the United States, she founded Bitnet—a licensed digital asset exchange in Georgia—granted Virtual Asset Service Provider status by the National Bank of Georgia. Her 23-year career spans traditional finance, cutting-edge fintech, and large-scale real estate development, including key roles at Lisi Holding, one of Georgia’s leading development companies. This diverse expertise has enabled her to build long-term value for clients and foster trust with investors across multiple countries.

Tina holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration with Distinction from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David in London, further strengthening her foundation in global business strategy and management excellence.
