Tina Kvintradze

Managing Partner

As Managing Partner of Grow Capital, Tina Kvintradze delivers client-centric investment solutions designed to help both private and corporate clients achieve sustainable growth and global diversification. Her leadership is rooted in more than 20 years of experience across banking, finance, digital assets, and real-estate development. Tina spent 12 years in senior leadership roles at TBC Bank PLC, the largest financial institution in Georgia.

In 2022, after successfully attracting foreign investment from Canada, Germany, and the United States, she founded Bitnet—a licensed digital asset exchange in Georgia—granted Virtual Asset Service Provider status by the National Bank of Georgia. Her 23-year career spans traditional finance, cutting-edge fintech, and large-scale real estate development, including key roles at Lisi Holding, one of Georgia’s leading development companies. This diverse expertise has enabled her to build long-term value for clients and foster trust with investors across multiple countries.

Tina holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration with Distinction from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David in London, further strengthening her foundation in global business strategy and management excellence. Driven by passion, integrity, and a commitment to long-term relationships, Tina continually raises the bar at Grow Capital—expanding its international reach and positioning the firm as a trusted partner for investors worldwide.

George Olsen

Partner

George Olsen is a veteran of the brokerage market brining the first securities from Japan to the US market in the early 80’s and has built a multitude of large scale businesses in the oil and gas sector. He has worked with many of the majors midsize operators on large scale private and public transactions. George Olsen was educated in Germany, California, and law school in Louisiana. George had an extensive career in the securities business in Beverly Hills, California, and Tokyo, Japan.

Changing careers at the utopia of his securities business he entered the oil & gas business and formed Southern Oil & Gas Co., which became one of the largest independently owned oil and gas companies in Northwest Louisiana with over 600 wells. After selling Southern Oil & Gas Company George helped other business entrepreneurs as a co-owner, director, educator in the forming of thirty-four other companies.

Mr. Olsen balances the team of Grow capital with his enormous experience in different multimillion Dollar businesses and helps the company management to take safe and secure steps forward to development. His expertise of the securities market and institutional relationships are a key asset to the organization as our key Family Office backer.

William (Bill) Attinger

Strategic Partner

Mr. Attinger serves as a Strategic Partner for Grow Capital, focused on financial engineering and innovative financial product development. Additionally, Mr. Attinger is a Co-Founder and serves as Investment Strategist for Global Trust Group, a private association of industry experts who are collaborating to help grow and monetize a portfolio of innovative, high-growth companies with capital and operational expertise. For the past 25 years, Mr. Attinger has been a leader and innovator in growing, financing, and grooming early stage and lower middle-market companies.

Through his background in finance and investment banking, he has developed expertise in quantitatively evaluating companies and helping them manage their growth and exit opportunities “by the numbers”. As a founder or co-founder of six companies and an adviser to dozens more, he has accumulated a depth of practical hands-on operational experience across a breadth of industries.

As an investment banker for Morgan Stanley in the early 1990’s, Mr. Attinger structured more than $1 billion of publicly offered securities using innovative, derivative-based financing structures, and his derivative research has been published in the Financial Analysts Journal. Mr. Attinger earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and his Master’s Degree in Finance from the University of Alabama.

Tamar Nikoladze

Legal Counsel

Tamar Nikoladze is an accomplished lawyer with over 20 years of experience across international law firms, financial institutions, and in-house legal teams. She has extensive expertise in commercial, banking, finance, and insurance law, with a proven track record in complex contract negotiation, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance, and large-scale litigation and investigation support. Tamar has acted on high-profile matters for global organisations, including internal investigations, arbitration, and competition law cases, and is recognised for her deep knowledge of AML, GDPR, data protection, and financial regulatory frameworks.

She holds an LLM in International Commercial Law from the University of Westminster (UK), an LLM in Banking and Insurance Law from the Caucasus School of Law (Georgia), and a Law Degree from Tbilisi State University, where she also qualified as a lawyer.

Multilingual in English, Russian, and Georgian, Tamar combines rigorous legal analysis with practical commercial insight, advising stakeholders and managing cross-border legal projects with precision.

Peter Keusgen

Chief Business Analyst

Peter Keusgen, a former McKinsey consultant and securities analyst, finds and analyses private investment opportunities that aren't even on the radar of mainstream investors. He spends his time between Asia, South America, Europe, and his native Australia meeting with highly motivated and exciting entrepreneurs.

Peter is one of the key members of the Grow Capital team as he carries an important part of the responsibility of choosing most liquid and successful businesses with strong and reliable finances for our portfolio. After his scrutiny and approval of business performance Grow Capital gets ready of offer businesses and opportunities to the potential investors.
